Wagner College is a private liberal arts educational institution located in Staten Island. Both can be completed in 5 semesters for a full-time study plan.
Post Master’s Advanced Certificate Program for Family Nurse Practitioner - By building on the student’s earned nursing master’s degree, this program requires 27 credits for completion. The said 27 credits already includes the precepted clinical practice. Admission requirements include a GPA of at least 3.2 from the student’s master’s degree in nursing, and a current license as a Professional Registered Nurse, among others.
Doctor of Nursing Practice - With program completion of 7 semesters for a full-time study, students are provided with global and interdisciplinary training with emphasis on population health and disaster preparedness. Classes are conducted on a weekly basis (once every evening).
