Rockland Community College
Rockland Community College was established in 1959 and is located in Ramapo, NY. The school offers an ACEN accredited ADN program, and students may enroll in the fall or in the spring. The program’s focus is regional, preparing nurses who can meet the needs of the community. The curriculum combines nursing theory with general education courses to build a foundation of competency to ensure graduates can provide patient-centered care. Students will gain hands-on experience in the simulation lab as well as in healthcare facilities. RCC offers various clinical opportunities in close proximity to campus. There are also evening clinical options for those interested. There is an LPN to RN pathway that offers those eligible an accelerated curriculum.
