Pace University - The Lienhard School of Nursing Nursing Programs - NCLEX Passing Rates and Program Rankings
Pace University is a four-year private, non-profit educational institution with campuses in Pleasantville and One Pace Plaza. Its Lienhard School of Nursing places emphasis on hands-on learning. Its focus on clinical and simulation laboratory experiences is evident in its 10,000 sq. ft facility. Bachelor of Science Degree Programs - Three options are offered for students who would want to obtain a BSN degree at Pace University. Students with baccalaureate degrees in fields other than nursing can enroll through the accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. The said program has one year completion for full-time study. Meanwhile, a direct admission as first year student is also available through the RN4 program. By the second year, students will start with their hands-on clinical experiences. Lastly, an RN to BS option is also available which can be completed in just three semesters.
Master of Science Degree Programs - Different tracks are available for the MSN program to cater to students’ varying academic needs and professional goals. The said tracks are: Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner, MS (FNP), and the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, MS (PMHNP). The AGACNP and the FNP tracks meet the requirements for certification. Meanwhile, the PMHNP track can be offered as a Master of Science or as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study.
Certificate of Graduate Studies Programs (CAGS) - Certificates of Graduate Studies Programs (CAGS) are also offered at Pace University. The tracks available for this certificate program are: Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nursing Education, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, MS (PMHNP)
Doctor of Nursing Practice Program (DNP) - Offered in a flexible, online coursework, this DNP program can be completed in as few as five semesters (2 years). Each semester will have 5 sessions of synchronous online classes. The curriculum meets the AACN-identified essential area.
Nursing, PhD - With emphasis on primary healthcare, this PhD program is research-intensive with a people-centered approach. Meetings are once a week for the full-time program. In terms of student support, a faculty mentor is assigned to each student.
