Curriculum places emphasis on the correlation between classroom instruction and clinical experiences in various settings. Program graduates are eligible to sit in the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Moreover, this program has a selective admission wherein basis of ranking is from their GPA and ACT or the National League for Nursing Preadmission Registered Nurse exam.
LPN to RN Online - For LPNs who would like to advance their career as RNs, this LPN to RN program is offered online to offer convenience for the working LPNs. In order to be admitted in the online delivery method, students must have an active and unexpired LPN license. In instances that students are required to come to the Maysville Campus Clinical/Lab, dates will be announced in advance for them to arrange their work schedule. Upon program completion, students are eligible to sit in the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN).
